07.30 am Depart from Bangkok, you heading to Ayutthaya, the historical city. Ayutthaya thrives today but only as a country town and the prevailing atmosphere is a far cry from the regal splendor, pageantry and cosmopolitan air than once pervaded the site. Nevertheless, there are sufficient ruins, now preserved as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to capture the imagination.

First visit at Wat Chai Wattanaram, One of the most visited historical sites of Ayutthaya. The temple was ordered to built in 1630 A.D. by King Prasat Thong to honor his mother, featuring the architectural style influenced by Angkor temple in Cambodia.

Then continue visit Wat Lokayasutha assumed that it was built in the early Ayutthaya period. This temple has the largest reclining buddha image in the island city of Ayutthaya. Enshrined outdoor with 42 meters long and 8 meters high.

and Wat Phra Srisanphet was the holiest temple on the site of the old royal palace of Ayutthaya. It was the grandest and most beautiful temple in Ayutthaya. Main attractions of this temple are big three chedis (Ceylonese style stupa). The terrace of the chedis and mondops was surrounded by a cloister (Phrarabieng) at the middle of temple.

Next, visit the last temple. Most importantly, don't miss it. Wat Mahathat was one of the oldest and most significant temples in the history of Ayutthaya as it housed the Buddha’s holy relic. One of the temples ‘s most photographed object is the head of a sand-stone buddha image entwined with the roots of a tree. Enjoy having lunch at local Thai restaurant.

After lunch marvel boat trip around Ayutthaya Island which is from Wat Choengtha to Wat Phanan Choeng. Because of Ayutthaya city was surrounded by three rivers, Lop Buri river to the north and join with Chao Phraya river, Chao Phraya river to the west and the south , and Pasak river to the east of Ayutthaya city and you can see the confluence of these two rivers at the south-eastern part of Ayutthaya city. Then around 2 pm Back to Bangkok by air-conditioned van and drop off at MBK shopping mall at 3.30 pm.
